This international children’s charity have one of the most varied and innovative corporate partnership portfolios I’ve ever had the pleasure of reviewing. Despite their big-brand they have eschewed traditional COTY and employee-fundraising led partnerships, seeing them as resource intensive and transactional, instead focusing on strategic partnerships with a high value proposition.
As a result of this approach, they have led the way in forging relationships in the gaming and music sectors, allowing them to develop cutting-edge partnerships that contribute enormously to their other income streams.
This role is a 12-month, fixed-term contract which is covering for an internal secondment, but in a rapidly growing team where consistent other opportunities arise.
Managing a team of 2, you will be a strong manager who takes pleasure in team development. The team are already highly-skilled and talented, so you will need to be able to demonstrate best-practice through action.
