This much loved children’s charity has spent the last 8 years enjoying organic growth across their individual giving programme, which has been digital led and resonates most strongly with their supporters aged 24 – 35. In this time their income in this area has grown over 400% from £95,000 – £400,000.
We are now looking for someone to step into the newly created role of Head of Direct Marketing and begin building a strategic plan that can take advantage of their success to date and help catapult it in line with their broader organisational plans.
You will be responsible for a team of 3 and will feed into a wider income of £3.5m. This is an incredible organisation who are only just beginning to realise what a juggernaut they will be at the helm of once they successfully recruit a number of key senior fundraising personnel.
