Salary: £33,000 – £36,000
This leading, big-brand animal charity have bucked the trend and undergone a huge amount of growth over the last 18 months, as the need for their services has risen sharply and their donor community have responded.
The charity’s corporate fundraising team was founded in 2016, since then it has grown to income of £6m p.a and a team of 12. Their portfolio of partners is centred around brand, CRM and strategic partnerships, making for a much more interesting workload than more traditional routes.
This role will sit within the new business team, comprising 5 team members, an annual £1.2m team target, and a personal target of c.£300k.
The team are currently in the fortunate position of having an entirely reactive workload, with more enquiries from potential partners than they know what to do with. If you like new business roles that are focused on evaluating potential partnerships and focusing efforts on those with the greatest value proposition, rather than ‘hitting the phones’ and cold-calling, then this could be the role for you.
